The University of Primorska, Faculty of Humanities, Slovenia is organizing the International Summer School of Museology 2013.
The summer school will take place in Piran, Slovenia, from 27 May to 1 June 2013.
The program of the Summer School combines lectures, debates, interviews, workshops and study trip. This year’s summer school will host renowned professors from the United States, the Czech Republic, Serbia, Lithuania and Slovenia.
The school is intended for students who want to enhance and upgrade their knowledge acquired during regular class curriculum on the ground and in practice, young professionals who are already working in the field of heritage and various professionals.
Deadline for the application is 13 May 2013.

The summer school is organized by the Department of Archaeology and Heritage of the Faculty of Humanities and the Institute for Mediterranean Heritage of the Science and Research Centre, in collaboration with the Forum of Slavic Cultures and the European Museum Academy.
