Course content
This course looks at the most important artistic movements of the 20th century from the perspective of the theoretical debates on “the end of the art” and “the changes of paradigms” of the 1980s. We will focus on the paradigmatic artworks of the debate, including the ready-mades of Duchamp, works of conceptual art, pop art, media art and new media art.
