Course content
The study of language is one of the most influential areas of cognitive science today. Inter-disciplinary research on the subject encompasses the philosophy of language, philosophy of mind, linguistics and cognitive psychology. This seminar course is an introduction to the core discipline of these studies: the philosophy of language.
